Payment

Payments may be made only via PayPal using direct account, echeck, or credit card.

Payments are to be received at the time of purchase.

Shipping

My standard shipping is:

In the USA: USPS First Class Mail, which includes tracking.

Please note that I can't control actual package delivery dates - once I hand it off to USPS we are counting on them. :)

Refunds and Exchanges
Before making a purchase, please make sure to double check the measurements and description. I am always flexible in making sure that you are happy with your purchase, but please make sure you have read the description carefully.

I can not accommodate monetary refunds, however, I can accommodate refunds in the form of an exchange of a item of equal or lesser value. If a return is required, it must be done within seven (7) days of receipt and in the original condition and packaging. The buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back, and for the cost of shipping any exchange items.
